The mission of Insurance Claims Assistance, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, is to educate and protect the property owner. The homeowner’s insurance claims process is complex and can quickly become overwhelming without up to date information needed by the homeowner. The lack of clear and concise insurance policy and claims processing information combined with ever-changing rules and regulations regarding homeowners insurance makes the importance of educating the consumer vital.

Our Values.
Public adjusters have no conflict of interest when negotiating on your behalf with the insurance companies. Your public adjuster will be paid a small percentage from the overall claim when work is finished and you are satisfied.
